What a brilliant service!
What a brilliant service! I have been a member for quite a while now and it has really helped me, there are loads of resources you can dip into, plus regular catch ups to discuss issues. Plus we do a book club which is brilliant and thought provoking and a lot of fun. Gaby is a great coach, has a friendly and proffessional manner and this service is great value.

Gaby has helped me in many ways with introducing me to meditation, healthy food, healthy habits, exercise, nervous system and challenges. She is always their for support, advice and is listening ear .I love the community that Gaby has built and the support she gives us all.

Each month she selects a new book and daily she posts discussion points. These daily posts help anyone to learn new concepts in a way that is easy and natural, whether or not the member reads the book in its entirety. This is a fun, caring and supportive community.
